Cossy, Cuvée Éclat NV

Jouy les Reims is a tiny village classified as premier cru, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and it is here at Champagne Cossy that you can find traditional craftsmanship and modern know-how with a distinctly feminine touch. Winegrowers since 1764, the history and traditions have withstand time to shape the future, and current custodian, Sophie Cossy, has created a unique taste and style for her wines. Cuvée Éclat NV is made from the classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This Premier Cru Champagne presents a pale straw hue with a fine, persistent bead. The nose offers aromas of ripe apples, citrus zest, and a hint of pastry dough. On the palate, it is fresh and textured, featuring flavours of apple, pear, and juicy lemon flesh. The finish is long and layered, balancing freshness with maturity. ​
